Functional Fertility Co. provides fertility support coaching — education, charting guidance, and cycle tracking support through the Fertility Companion app. This is not a medical service, and your consultant is not acting in a clinical or licensed healthcare capacity in this program. No practitioner-patient relationship is formed, and nothing shared in this app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Fertility support coaching complements — but does not replace — care from your licensed physician, OB-GYN, or reproductive endocrinologist. Please consult a qualified medical provider for any health concerns, symptoms, or fertility treatment decisions.
The app optionally lets you connect a third-party Oura Ring account to auto-fill your temperature. Oura reports a nightly deviation from your personal baseline rather than an absolute thermometer reading; we convert this into an estimated temperature so it displays on the same chart as a manual reading. This estimate is less precise than a calibrated basal body thermometer, and is clearly labeled as an estimate wherever it appears. Connecting Oura is entirely optional and can be disconnected at any time.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you log, and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Accounts are provided by invitation from your consultant and are for your personal use only.
Fertility support coaching does not guarantee pregnancy, conception, or any specific health outcome. Results vary and depend on many individual factors beyond the scope of this program.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
